Make a Face Mask
Hardly delicious – but still a treat. Egg whites draw out oils in the skin and make a fantastic facial mask. Egg yolks work to moisturise skin. You will want to do both parts if you have oily skin. These masks also work well for firming the skin. Best applied after opening the pores in a warm shower or with a warm towel.
Simply separate the eggs (add a few drops of lemon juice for very oily skin) for egg white, beat until frothy then apply in circular motion to face, avoiding your eyes, allow 15 minutes or more for mask to harden then wipe off with warm, damp towel.
For yolk mask beat and apply in same manner, allow to set for about 15 minutes then wash off with warm water and pat face dry. To further tighten the skin after removing yolk mask, rub an ice cube on your face. Apparently this mask is also used to get rid of the appearance of cellulite on the backs of your thighs!
