Method

  1. Prepare the De'longhi Multicuisine and insert the paddle.

  2. Make sure you have rinsed the scallops. After rinsing, pat dry using a kitchen paper.

  3. Put the butter and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the PAN program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.

  4. After 2 to 3 minutes or when the butter has melted, put in the scallops, the salt and the pepper and then cook in for 7-8 minutes.

  5. After that, add in the lemon juice, some parsley and you're done!

  6. Serve immediately.
