Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coco Puffs dairy free / gluten free
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa diary free
  • 1/2 cup Coconut (shredded)
  • 3/4 cup Icing Sugar
  • 100 grams Copha

Method

  1. Melt Copha in a medium saucepan on low heat.
  2.  Add all other ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and spoon mixture into paper patty cases.
  4. Set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Notes

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • GF and DF Chocolate and Coconut Crackles will keep in fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
  • If you can’t find dairy free coco puffs, use dairy free rice bubbles instead.
  • This recipe is also nut free, egg free and gluten free if you use the appropriate coco puffs/rice bubbles and cocoa).
  • This recipe makes approximately 12 regular paper pattys or 24 mini paper pattys.
