Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Castor Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
  • 180 grams Butter softened
  • 125 grams Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Guar Gum
  • 1 Chocolate Chips 250 grams

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
  3. Beat in condensed milk.
  4. Add the flour and guar gum and mix on low speed until smooth.
  5. Stir in choc bits until well combined.
  6. Roll about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays and press lightly with a fork.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
