These Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies are extremely easy to make and taste delicious! It’s a perfect treat for when you’re having cravings – it will only take you less than 30 minutes to make some. If you want variety, you can different types of chocolate like white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Castor Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
- 180 grams Butter softened
- 125 grams Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Guar Gum
- 1 Chocolate Chips 250 grams

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
- Beat in condensed milk.
- Add the flour and guar gum and mix on low speed until smooth.
- Stir in choc bits until well combined.
- Roll about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays and press lightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
