  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 1 cup Oil (Rice Bran)

Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies – chewy, chocolatey and delectable!


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Line a lamington tin with grease proof paper.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Stir well.

  4. Pour into the lamington pan and bake for 1/2 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.

  5. Cool in the tin and serve with a big dollop of cream or ice cream.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies are suitable for freezing.  Allow to cool before wrapping in baking paper and sealing in an air tight container for up to two months.
