We all know that Gluten Free Soy Sauce can sometimes be difficult to get, and you end up paying more for it. Here you can make your own and never run out again.

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 3 beef stock cubes
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon molasses or treacle
  • pinch freshly ground black pepper

Dissolve beef stock cubes in boiling water. Gradually whisk in vinegar, sesame oil, molasses and pepper until blended.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • not suitable for freezing
  • Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to a month.
