Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Self-raising Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Milk


Method

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Add vanilla. Add flour then milk and mix until combined.
  2. Pour into a greased or lined loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
