Tortilla’s which are easily available at any supermarket in the bread aisle, make for fantastic pizza bases.  They are thin and crisp up beautifully.  This is a super easy dinner to make for the kids on a Friday night.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  •  Include a small 'prize' in the lunch box daily.  Small things such as book marks, pencils, stickers or trinkets to make lunch fun. These are just a sweet way to let your kids, especially the little ones that may be a little weary of returning or starting school know that you are still there in spirit.
  • Include a countdown reminder to a special event coming up.  Something like 'Only 5 days until your birthday' or 'Two weeks until school holidays'.  Give your children something to look forward to, both lunch wise and treat wise.
