Yes I know when you see the first ingredient you will go ewww. When it is all together, it is very yummy and healthy!!

 

Method

  1. Get out your mini food processor and put all the ingredients except the coconut flakes in the base of the food processor.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.Serve in individual cups or keep in the fridge and use as you want.

  3. Sprinkle with coconut flakes (optional)

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • You could replace the protein or skim milk powder with almond meal for a dairy free option. You could also replace the peppermint essence for an orange essence (or even grated orange rind) for a jaffa flavour - YUM!
