Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed


Method

  1. Mash the avocado using a fork.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with home made corn chips.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Healthy Guacamole is not suitable to freeze.
  • Best served straight after making.
