Healthy Salted Caramel Balls
Christmas doesn’t have to be all indulgent. These bliss balls are packed with flavor, easy to make and a little better for the waistline.
Feel a little less guilty while stuffing yourselves with these because once you start you wont be able to stop. That’s how tasty these little balls of goodness are! Get the kids in the kitchen to help you whip up a batch and get their hands dirty in the kitchen. Yum Yum Yum!

- 1/2 cup Pitted Dates
- 2/3 cups Cashews
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- Blitz all of the ingredients until combined but with a bit of texture left
- Scoop the mix into spoonfuls and roll into balls
- Roll in coconut if desired
