Ingredients

  • Garlic and Parsley Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • Steak Seasoning and Chives Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chives finely chopped
  • Tarragon and Lemon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Tarragon
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Herb Butter Variations is just a follow on from garlic butter. You can add any herb that you like to really personalise your butter.

 

Method

  1. For all the recipes let the butter soften and then combine the ingredients.

  2. Place on plastic wrap and roll into a log shape.

  3. Place in fridge to set, then it is ready for use
