My boys are mad on Homemade Hash Browns.  Can’t really say I’m a big fan, they are usually greasy and fatty.  But home made Hash Browns are much nicer – especially as you can do these in the oven!

Method

  1. Mix together and cook on a frying pan.

  2. Place in oven set at 100 degrees C for 10 - 20 minutes.

  3. Homemade Hash Browns are not suitable for freezing.

  4. Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
