Here is my recipe for Homemade Iced Tea.

Once it starts to warm up my husband asks for this and we always have a jug made up in the fridge during summer.

It’s so refreshing!

Method

  1. Seep the tea bags in boiling water for around 5 mins (you want a nice strong cup of tea).

  2. Put the cordial and tea in a 2L container and then fill until full with cold water.

  3. If you want to drink straight away, add ice cubes otherwise chill in the fridge.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Homemade Iced Tea is not suitable to freeze.
  • Try other flavoured cordials or add some green tea bags to your cup for an antioxidant kick.
