- 250 grams Feta
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 2 Cloves Of Garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Place the feta into a bowl and gently mix with the parsley, chilli flakes and crushed garlic. Add the white wine vinegar and mix well. Pour into a jar and top with olive oil. Seal and keep in the fridge for up to a week.

- You can use any flavourings you like, rosemary or basil are great herbs to add!
