  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and golden syrup together for 10 minutes. Cook by whisking constantly until sugar is melted.

  2. Take off the heat and stir in the bicarb very quickly.

  3. Pour into a buttered dish to set.

  • Honeycomb Toffee is not suitable to freeze.
  • Keep the Honeycomb Toffee in a sealed, air tight container wrapped in baking paper for up to five days.
