How to Make Bocconcini Tomato Salad

This salad is so simple its crazy!! But simple doesn’t mean bland. It makes you feel like you are eating a fresh pizza that’s good for you!! The kids will love it too!

It is an extremely easy salad to quickly put together with only a few ingredients, but it sure does pack a punch. It’s perfect for a quick side dish or to compliment an Italian style meal, thanks to the Bocconcini.

Use it for lunch the next day or a snack from the fridge, either way you’ll love it!

Method

  1. Place the Bocconcini Cheese and tomatoes in a bowl and toss through

  2. Top the salad with the basil and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
