Iron Infused Strawberry Boobie Smoothie

This Iron Infused Strawberry Boobie Smoothie contains baby spinach – which is an excellent source of iron and is very important for nursing Mums.  By increasing your liquid intake and getting adequate nutrition, your ability to provide loads of breastmilk is enhanced!  So enjoy this delicious and healthy boobie smoothie as often as you like and enjoy your new little person!

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender together with a cup of ice.

  2. Blend until well combined.

  3. Pour into one large or two medium glasses, and serve.
