This is a yummy nearly guilt free Chocolate cake recipe, and with the berries you have your antioxidants, even better.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

  2. Place all ingredients into bowl and mix until it becomes a smooth and creamy.

  3. Grease a 22 cm ring pan.

  4. Pour mixture into pan and cook for 45 - 50 minutes. It is cooked when a skewer inserted comes out clean. Stand for 5 minutes and then turn out on wire rack to cool.

  5. Dust with cocoa powder and top with berries
