  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 500 g Low Fat Greek Yogurt

This delicious Low Fat Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt recipe only contains 6 grams of fat per serve and still tastes great!

 

Method

  1. Place the strawberries, honey, lemon juice and vanilla in a food processor and puree until the mixture is nice and smooth.

  2. Add the yogurt and process until well combined.

  3. If you have an ice-cream maker - transfer the mixture and process until creamy.

  4. If not, place in a plastic container and freeze for four to six hours.

  5. Remove and beat with a hand mixer until creamy - and freeze again.

  6. Repeat if desired creaminess isn't achieved.
