  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Cheese grated

Method

  1. Arrange potato and sweet potato on layers in a large baking dish.

  2. In a jug, whisk together cream and chicken stock and pour over the potato and sweet potato.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
