Mushy Peas

I went to my local café for a coffee and saw they had this mushy peas n toast for $16!!!! There was no way I was going to pay that!! So I went home and created my own for roughly $3. A fancy breakfast at a fraction of the price! Go on treat yourself!!!

Method

  1. Place the pea's, feta and mint leaves together in a bowl and mash together.

  2. Cook 1 slice of the sourdough and toast to your liking.

  3. Place the pea's on top of the bread and add the salmon!
