  • 1 cup Tasty Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 small Brown Onion, Diced Finely
  • 5 Eggs (medium)
  • 1 cup Diced Ham Or Bacon

Method

How to Make One Cup Quiche

  1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Pour into a pie dish or similar that has been well greased or lined with baking paper
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until the top is golden and the quiche is set
  5. Serve hot!

Notes

Substitutions:

Instead of ham you can add any meat you like - or vegetables - it is a very versatile recipe.

Other Ingredients You Could Add:

Broccoli, capsicum, pineapple, olives, salami - anything you like!
