One Pan Roast Beef

This roast beef recipe is an easy go to recipe perfect for a busy Christmas day.

Quick to prepare then just cut and serve. The juices from the tomatoes add extra flavor to the beef too!

Rump Roast is so tender and delicious, serve with garlic and thyme, this recipe is the perfect main course meal for your family and friends on Christmas day! Roast your potatoes and vegetables together and soak up those tasty roast pan juices!

One Pan Roast Beef


  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl combine the tomatoes, garlic, thyme oil, add half the salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. Prepare the roast by seasoning with the other half of salt and pepper, place in the roasting pan.

  4. Add the tomatoes to roast in roasting pan and cook for apporxaimtely 1 hour for medium rare.

  5. Let it rest for approximately 10 minutes before slicing the pouring the tomatoes and juices all over
