Super easy, three ingredients and the kids will love them!

Method

  1. Melt peanut butter in a small bowl in microwave for 30 seconds at a time.

  2. Pour rice bubbles in large metal mixing bowl, add condensed milk and peanut butter, stir until well covered. Line slice tin with baking paper and press mix into tin.

  3. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours then slice into bars.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Peanut Bubble Bars should be kept refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 1 week, not suitable for freezing.
  • We used crunchy peanut butter but if you prefer smooth will be fine also.
