One of the reasons we love the Raw Vegan Goodness Slice is it’s super flexible for whatever random stuff we have in our pantry. This version is one of our favourites, but you can throw in whatever you’ve got on hand and just let the blender do the rest!

Raw Vegan Goodness Slice | Stay At Home Mum

Method

  1. Pop the dates and the walnuts in the blender and pulse to break them up.

  2. Add everything else on top and pulse until the mixture is broken down into very small pieces that stick together when you press them between your fingers. If the mixture is too wet add more coconut.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a container or baking tray with sides. You don't need to grease it as the coconut oil will ensure it doesn't stick. Press on the mixture with a spoon to compress it into the container, smoothing the top.

  4. Refrigerate until set and coconut oil has hardened.

  5. Slice and enjoy!
