You haven’t tasted Beetroot until you have eaten Roasted Beetroot! Roasting it brings out the sweetness and flavours, it just melts in your mouth.

- Preheat oven 180 degrees. Then wrap each Beetroot individually in foil and place on a tray in the oven. Bake of 1 hour.
- Take out of oven and let cool a little. Peel the Beetroot, it is better to use gloves so your hand don't stain.
- And now you have some tasty roasted beetroot to eat!
