There is nothing like homemade Satay Sauce on some chicken kebabs or pretty much any kind of meat!… hmmmmm… so quick and so easy!

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan.  Fry off the garlic, onion and chilli powder, cook until onion is clear.

  2. Stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar.

  3. Add coconut cream and cook until the mixture boils, stirring constantly.

  4. Season with salt to taste, and add more sugar if you need be.

  5. Spoon the satay sauce over chicken kebabs or makes for a great dipping sauce for seafood!
