Rich Coconutty Leftover Cereal Bars

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Well grease a slice pan or line with baking paper.

  3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and pour into the dry ingredients.

  5. Press the mixture into the pan and top with chocolate chips if desired.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Remove from the pan when cool and cut into bars or squares.

  8. Leftover Cereal Bars can be frozen for up to four months.

  9. Chocolate chips can be added

  10. Store the leftover cereal bars in an air tight container.
