Fancy a prawn cocktail?  This simple zesty Seafood Sauce is easy to whip up and makes fresh prawns even tastier!

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.  Will keep for up to two days in the fridge.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Add a couple of teaspoons of fresh herbs for a Herb and Seafood Sauce suitable for spooning over freshly grilled fish.
  • Not suitable for freezing.
