Slow Cooker Curried Chicken is great because you can chuck it in the slowcooker for a few hours and just leave it! The outcome tastes super delicious!
Cut the chicken breasts up into 1.5cm chunks and place them in the slowcooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours only.
Serve on hot noodles or rice.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Slowcooker Curried Chicken is suitable to freeze for up to six months. Allow to cool to room temperature and seal in a Glad Ziplock Bag.
- For an even richer Curried Chicken add a can of coconut cream.
- If your mixture is too runny add 2 tablespoons of cornflour to 3 tablespoons of cold water, mix together then pour into your curried chicken and heat stirring until thickens.
