  • 250 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2.5 cups Ham cut into small cubes
  • 375 g Evaporated Milk
  • 250 g Egg Noodles to serve
  • 1 Spring Onions chopped finely to serve

Method

  1. In the slow cooker pour the soup, mushrooms, ham and evaporated milk.

  2. Stir well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Cook covered on low for two hours.

  4. Close to serving time, cook the egg noodles and drain.

  5. Add them to the slow cooker and stir well to coat the pasta together with the spring onions for a bit of colour.

  6. Dish out and serve with a little grated cheese on top.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Slow cooker Ham and Mushroom Pasta is not suitable for freezing.
  • Best made just before serving.
