 Smashed Crispy Potatoes

We all make roast potatoes, but making them all the time led me to making these, by adding in just one more step makes your potatoes so crispy, they are a cross between chips and traditional roasted potatoes, you can even add a drizzle of chilli oil  or some herbs to make them more interesting.

This recipe is super easy to cook and the potatoes can roast away while preparing all of your other ingredients or it can be an easy meal in itself!
