Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1/4 cup mashed avocado
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
Combine everything in a blender and blend away!
Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil
Blend up the milk and blueberries (still frozen). When they’re smooth, pour into a glass and stir in the flaxseed oil for a boost of monounsaturated fatty acids.
Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
- 4 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in your blender and blend away!
Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- A handful of ice
Toss all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. This one might be a bit thick, so you can either add more milk or eat it with a spoon.

- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil

Lemon Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lemon flavoured yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil

Throw everything into the blender along with a handful of ice. Bring it over to a glass and stir the flaxseed oil in until it’s well mixed.
Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 medium apple, chopped and peeled
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- Ice
Combine everything and blend until smooth. This is another thick one, so you might want to eat it with a spoon. As a side note, if you don’t have cashew butter you can use regular cashews, about 100 grams. Soak them in water and then crush them before adding to the smoothie.
Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4 oz canned pineapples (with juice)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil
- Ice
You know the drill. All the ingredients go in the blender, including the pineapple juice. Add the flaxseed oil after blending
Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, either fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil
If you’re using fresh strawberries instead of frozen, add a handful of ice to keep the smoothie chilled. Blend the strawberries and milk for 1 minute, then add the flaxseed oil. Enjoy!
