  • 3/4 cups Sour Cream (or natural yogurt)
  • 1/4 cups Cheese grated
  • 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic finely chopped

Sour Cream and Chives Pasta is a simple, quick and easy dinner to whip up.

When time is running out and the kids are grumpy and hungry, they always love pasta!  Best of all – it costs under $10 to feed a family of four!


  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan over a low heat for about 5 minutes or until well combined.

  3. Drain pasta and toss through sour cream mixture. Serve immediately.
