Ingredients

  • 410 grams Soy Beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Carrots (grated)
  • 2 Celery chopped


Method

  1. Drain the soy beans.
  2. Coarsely blend with the onion, celery and tahini.
  3. Mix in the grated carrot.
  4. Form patties and fry until golden and cooked through.
