This Spicy Avocado Hummus is the perfect dip for all you avocado lovers out there.

This little treat is the perfect healthy spicy dip. A little bit of Tabasco Sauce and Chickpeas makes a hot saucy little number to add to a party table. Bring out the chips!

Method

  1. Place Chickpeas in blender and pulse until it is a paste

  2. Chop Avocado in half and remove seed and skin

  3. Place in blender with Chickpea paste and add the Lemon Juice, Salt, Tabasco Sauce

  4. Blend until a smooth paste

  5. Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate until serving time

  6. Not suitable for freezing

  7. Can add as much or as little Tabasco Sauce that you like

  8. You can also add diced tomato, diced bacon to the mix
