  • 1 kg Beef Mince
  • 1/2 cups Jalapenos (from Jar), Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ground Chipotle
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Crumbs (of Your Choice)
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Spicy Mexican Meatballs

Meatballs are so quick and easy to make, and are always a winner with the kids. These ones are spicy but you can adjust this by using less Jalapeno’s and chipotle and adding in some ground cumin, coriander and sweet paprika.

Method

  1. Mix all of the Ingredients together in a bowl until combined

  2. Roll the mince into handful sized balls and set aside

  3. Heat a saucepan and add oil

  4. Cook the rolled balls in the oil until golden brown.

You can serve spice Mexican meatballs with Mexican cooked rice or a salsa and salad. They are super easy to make and a great festive food to make for guests for dinner or a cooked lunch. They are so tasty and packed with flavour! they are are a fun meal to make with the kids!
