Ingredients

  • 1 500g Chicken Nibbles Or Wings
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, Grated
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine soy, hoisin, sriracha, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a bowl or zip lock bag and coat drumsticks. Reserve the left over marinade. Marinate for half an hour.
  3. Then place in a roasting pan, sprinkle over sesame seeds and bake for 20 mins, baste drumsticks with left over marinade and bake for a further 15 mins or until dark in colour and cooked through.
  4. (Optional) Garnish with chopped chilli, coriander and sesame seeds
