These triple choc biscuits are SO delicious still slightly warm from the oven and WAY better tasting than shop bought ones, I reckon!
Method
Cream the butter and sugar then add the egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add the flour, cocoa, bicarb soda and salt and mix until just combined then stir in the choc chips.
Drop teaspoon sized balls onto a lined baking tray, leaving at least 5cm between biscuits to allow for spreading.
Bake at 160 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the tray or until biscuits firm up slightly, then place onto cooling rack.
