  • 1 cup Sweet Potato (cooked And Mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Method

How to Make Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven to a low 160 degrees Celcius.
  2. Cook the sweet potato until soft.  Mash it well and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  3. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  4. Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
