Dinner rolls are an ideal accompaniment to many meals, and these Yeast Free Dinner Rolls are even better. A breeze to make and a hit with eaters of all ages, these rolls go perfect with a hearty soup or just to fill out a meal. You can throw them together in just a short time, and they’re almost impossible to get wrong.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees, line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl mix yoghurt, olive oil, salt, and sugar.

  3. Slowly add the flour to your wet mixture. Mix using your hands or with a stand mixture. Depending on your mix, you might need as little as 5 cups of flour, or more than 5 3/4 cups. Mix until you have a non-sticky dough.

  4. Shape the dough you have made into balls and place them on the baking paper.

  5. Beat the egg yolk well and then brush on top of the dough rolls.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until gold.
