Yes, Please! Cheesecake Dip may be the most amazing thing anyone’s ever had for dessert or eaten at a barbecue. Because what’s better than cheesecake you can dip stuff into to? Or seriously, drink. Yes, you read that correctly! Thank me later!

Method

  1. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon and vanilla now beat for 5 minutes.

  2. Place in dipping bowl and serve with fresh Strawberries and Blueberries using toothpicks to help dip fruit.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • You can substitute any of your favorite summer fruits with this dip, peach, mango, pineapple, nectarine or simply get a spoon!
  • Cheesecake Dip can be kept for up to 4 days if refrigerated at all times.
  • You can also double the quantity if you are catering to large group.
