  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Punnet Strawberries
  • 3 Punnet Blueberries
  • 150 grams Cream Cheese softened

Method

  1. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon and vanilla now beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Place in dipping bowl and serve with fresh Strawberries and Blueberries using toothpicks to help dip fruit.
