Stay at Home Mum is current seeking a full time Digital Advertising Manager to work with our current advertising team. The position would involve working remotely (ie from your own home or office) however we would prefer someone located in the Sydney or Melbourne area.
The person would be responsible for reporting to our Executive Advertising Manager. The position would include a proven track record in digital marketing and social media, you will have a wealth of digital expertise and in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practice. Influential and enthusiastic, you have exceptional communication skills and you’re not afraid to challenge established priorities and practices when needed. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role so you’ll need to be a real people person. You’ll be an exceptional team player, diplomatic and comfortable analysing and presenting information in a way that is clear, concise and audience-appropriate. Above all, you love sharing great ideas and getting other people as excited about them as you are.
You will be required to travel to meet with clients locally when required and nationally on occasion.
It will be your job to create, plan and implement a new digital and social media strategy, ensuring we achieve our business and marketing objectives and deliver strong returns on investment. You’ll be our champion of digital and social media, promoting best practice and understanding across this growing area of the organisation. A digital and social media expert, you will use our digital and social platforms to greatest effect; assisting with producing great content and delivering meaningful and measurable results. You’ll work closely with our team to deliver your monthly KPI’s.

- At least 12 months experience in Digital Advertising
- Extensive Social Media knowledge
- Highly organised
- Experience with WordPress, Facebook, Excel, Outlook
- Have a knowledge of SEO
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping a keen eye on detail
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sales record
Highly Regarded Qualities:
The following attributes would be highly regarded:
- Marketing and PR Qualifications or experience
- Current or past position in a ‘Women or Mother’ related industry
Remuneration would be consistent with experience and highly regarded qualities. Starting salary will be negotiated from $50,000PA plus generous commission.
