CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Review: My Thoughts
Honestly, if I was really stuck on where to start for weight loss and I have the $19.99 / wk, Afterpay or $199 outright then I would be buying this program. I’ve done a fair bit of research and had a look at most other CSIRO Total Wellbeing reviews online have thought about this program, and it is generally good news. The science behind these meal plans gives me a lot of faith that it does work, easy to manage, and not going to lead to bad long crash diets habits. It can be so hard to try and diet, or stick to a meal plan when you are so busy working, being a mum and just trying to get through each day. Then try adding on recipes with 50 million ingredients (may be slight exaggeration there) that require a hour of prep. It just isn’t possible so it’s great the CSIRO has thought of busy parents with the recipes.
I feel like the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet have thought of everything. I mean, if you have a sweet tooth and really are struggling with a craving, the diets allow for a treat everyday as part of their meal plan. So they get it, it can be hard to give up the sweet treats that get us over that afternoon slump.
The Total Wellbeing Diet price can be worrying at first. $199 can be a lot to fork out just for a diet plan, but the fact you can get it refunded if you can stick to the diet. That serves as some pretty good motivation to stick with it!
I am sold, it’s ticking all the boxes for me. I would probably buy it with Afterpay though, easier on the wallet!
