My name is Raquel Tara. Over 20 years experience as a maternity nanny and new parent advisor has heralded me an expert in infant sleep & wellness. I mentor new parents & parents to be in giving little humans the best start possible in life. Laying the foundations for good sleep is a fundamental stepping stone to achieving this. And at the core of my method is nurturing new parents into becoming the confident and able carers they were born to be.
Chantal is a mother of three lively girls with a background in Early Childhood Education. She has worked as a nanny for over 15 years to many families and found she had a gift settling and helping their babies to sleep.
Chantal uses a holistic approach employing a range of gentle, nurturing sleep methods for the wellbeing of your child and the whole family unit. Chantal aims to empower parents by combining knowledge, experience and mothers intuition in order to best tailor a sleep solution unique to each families needs and lifestyle.
