I like food. However, food doesn’t much like me.
I’ve been trying the 5:2 diet of late — which means two days per week you have to eat under 500 calories. And I’ll tell you — 500 calories isn’t that much.
However I’ve found a few recipes that will fill your belly and are pretty good for you – all but one are under 500 calories (and that one is just a tiny weeny bit over it). Don’t you just love how sinful-looking the following dishes are but they actually aren’t so bad for you?
