This 5-ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Muffin recipe is suuuper easy! And they have no sugar or flour! You can whip this one up anytime, even for those last minute cravings!

- 3 Bananas ripe
- 3 large Eggs
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- Add the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, baking powder and vanilla extract into the blender.
- Coat a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Pour content into a greased muffin tin -- just until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
