Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas ripe
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter


Method

  1. Add the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, baking powder and vanilla extract into the blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Coat a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
  4. Pour content into a greased muffin tin -- just until 3/4 full.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
