- 4 Egg
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tsp Tuscan Seasoning
- 4 tsp Hollandaise Sauce
- 4 Lemon Wedges
- 4 Slices Of Grain Toast
- Boil 3 cups of water in a medium saucepan with a generous pinch of salt and a tablespoon of white vinegar. This helps keep the egg whites together with the yolk.
- Once water is boiling stir water around in a fast circular motion, this will give your eggs a benedict style look, very fancy! Soft eggs will take approximately 3 minutes, medium 4 minutes and hard 5 minutes.
- Toast bread and place 1/4 of the avocado on each then top with an egg, dollop of hollandaise and sprinkle with tuscan seasoning on each.
