  1. Mix jellies, dark choc bits, peanuts and marshmallows together in a bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and pour into a lined tray.

  2. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before slicing into small pieces.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Keep Barbara's Rocky Road refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • If you don't have mini marshmallows, dice normal size marshmallows but use 150 grams.
